ArtSpam Favourites: January 2022
Everyone seems to get the blues in January. I personally find that a bit offensive because my birthday is in January. But I get it, its sucks, the joy of Christmas and New Years celebrations have slowly faded into the background, everyone is back to work and broke. But as ever, art will always exist. (Thank God!)
So what’s been in the diary for this month? Well its been a mixed bag, or the sublime to the ridiculous and back again. I’ve had a wonder through 18th century British Society as perceived by William Hogarth to the deepest parts of Amazonia in South America. Then you have the weird floaty alien things at the Tate, otherwise known as ‘In Love With The World’ by Anicka Yi. like I said the sublime to the ridiculous. therefore from this interesting pool of artworks do we have this months top ten ArtSpam Favourites:
